On March 28, the opening ceremony of the second Chinese training summer camp for students from the Thailand 2021-2022 joint-degree program was held atBangkok College of Business Administration and Tourism in Thailand. Tao Dawei,Vice-principal of our school, was invited to attend the ceremony and delivered a speech.

Thipawan Wongwichian, Director of Department of Vocational Education Standards and Qualifications, Thai Vocational Education Council, served as chairman of the opening ceremony.She said that the summer camp project was designed to lay a good foundation for students of the double-degree program to learn Chinese.She also thanked the Chinese institutions for their support and coordination along the way in joint education.

Tao Dawei extended warm congratulations ontheopening ceremony of this year’s summer camp and introduced the achievements obtained during the cross-border cooperation between our school and Thailand. He hoped that Thai students can better understand Chinese culture and contemporary China, and lay a solid foundation for Chinese language learning, skills, and knowledge education in the future by participating in this event.

In order to enable Thai students to set the stage for Chinese language education, thisyear’s summer camp was organized by The Office of Vocational Education Commission. A total of32 students from software technology specialty and automotive intelligent technology in our school took part in the event.
